A lot of people thought adding AI would be simple. Turns out it's hand-to-hand combat inside real businesses, working with the people who actually do the work and making them faster. Knowing the work matters more than the model, and it's still going to change how everyone works.

Before this I founded Hyper and spent four years building it with a crack team of engineers and designers. Top 15 in the App Store, millions of tasks completed, more pivots than I'd like to admit.

Before that, L'Oréal and Expedia Group, where I was all over the place: finance, product, strategy.
